About Re:Junk Vintage

My name is Benjamin and I am the founder of Re:Junk vintage, which opened its digital doors for the first time in April 2023.

With a great fondness for vintage and second-hand clothes, I want to be
helping to spread the industry within recycled clothing, so that the wardrobe
needs to be updated to a greater or lesser extent, there is an opportunity to do so
it sustainably and at an advantageous price.

Re:use Junk

Reduce: Junk

Recycle: Junk

♻️

"Re:"
in the name has three different meanings, and intends to
recycle, reduce and reuse clothes so that we take care together
the planet.

♻️

"junk "
is directly translated to junk and of course this does not sound special
welcoming, but nevertheless, approximately 677 tons of clothes were thrown away
out between 2018 and 2020 in Denmark. The intention is therefore that the clothes should -
as far as possible - could be reused for a new piece
garment, help to reduce the production of clothing and
reuse clothes that nothing fails.

♻️
However, I believe that all clothes should not necessarily be bought second-hand, as you enter
between also just need a basic color from new, maybe a cool set there
fits perfectly for the upcoming party or something completely different.
The idea behind Re:Junk is to be a supplement to one's wardrobe. A shape
for flexitar - just with clothes. In between you buy from new, because that
Of course, you also have to once in a while, and you can also easily
find incredibly beautiful and unique items of clothing that are recycled.

♻️
I hope you will want to look through my webshop, maybe you will find something
something interesting, maybe you won't find anything, and then you've seen my bid
on what a vintage webshop can look like. Sustainable shopping involves
for me, that you only buy clothes when you need them or that fit
perfectly into your style.

Every month, Re:Junk donates an amount to a charity that focuses on the climate and/or sustainability. When the month is over, the total amount will be transferred to climate wood

♻️

This means that DKK 10. Per item will be donated to a
charity organization. If you buy an item for DKK 199. Then takes Re:Junk
DKK 10 Of the amount and donate.

πŸ’°

So when you buy an item at Re:Junk, you donate an amount at the same time, without
it costs you extra, for an organization whose purpose is to help
the climate.

I myself think that is a genuine Winwin

πŸ“¦ How do deliveries and returns take place? πŸ“¦

The dispatch bags are manufactured in a Danish factory and are made from 100% recycled plastic film, i.e. that foil is left over in production. If you want to return what you have bought, there is also a return closure on the bag, so it can be sent back without having to use a new bag. I think that's pretty smart myself.

The delivery price is 35 kroner, but if you get over 499 kroner, you get free shipping. The delivery time is 1-2 working days.

If you would like to return your item, write to Re:Junk on Facebook, Instagram or contact@rejunkvintage.dk.

🟒 Can I pick up at the company's address? 🟒

This can only be done by agreement. If you make an agreement before placing your order, you simply choose "Collection from stock" instead of GLS.

πŸ‘• Where do I dust the recycled clothes from? πŸ‘–

There is no one fixed place where the clothes come from, but flea markets and second-hand shops in Denmark make up a large part of it. In addition, the internet is used to find recycled gold from the other European countries.

🀝 Who does Re:Junk donate to? 🀝
The first period Re:Junk will donate to "Climate Tree", which has a vision to help the climate as best they can by planting as many trees as possible. Each tree costs 20 kroner to plant, and this is done on private land in an area on Norddjurs. If you would like to read more, go to their website www.klimatræ.dk .
